1ProceduralBZA Case # 26-02-001: An appeal of a determination made by the City’s Zoning Administrator (“ZA”) on December 11, 2025. Section 34-4.2.2.C.2.c of the City’s Development Codes states that, in order for a project to be deemed as Student Housing, bedrooms must be leased individually and the project must be within one-half mile of the University of Virginia (“UVA”) campus. The proposed multi-family project located at 202 7th Street NW, Charlottesville, Virginia, is located within one-half mile of UVA’s campus. Appellant disagrees within the ZA’s interpretation of the boundaries of UVA’s campus which were used to make this determination. A.
