City staff will update the community on progress developing a comprehensive Urban Forest Management Plan to guide how Charlottesville cares for and expands its trees.

City staff are creating detailed maps for where trees will be planted across Charlottesville during fall 2026 and winter 2027.

6ProceduralContractor work has been completed. Work will resume in fall with late growing season treatments and tree installations/replacements
